How can I upgrade my membership?
Your membership tier is based on the total amount accumulated since the date of membership registration and will be automatically updated when you reach each tier.
For example: Upon registration, your top up is RM100. After your next RM400 top up, the accumulated top up amount is RM500. With that, your membership will automatically be upgraded to the Gold tier.
How long is the duration of each membership period?
Your membership will last indefinitely and only expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Can I use my membership discounts in the rewards section too?
No. At the moment, your membership discounts are only applicable for in-house gaming credits.

How much does it cost to become a Battle Arena member?
Registration of the Battle Arena Membership Program is free! Upon signing up, you will receive the Classic Member status.
What is required to become a Battle Arena Gold member?
To become a Gold Member, you will need to top up a minimum of RM500 in a calendar year. Gold Members will receive FREE RM20 gaming credits, reward points and a 5% discount of hourly PC rates.
How do I achieve the status of Platinum member?
To become a Platinum Member, you will need to top up a minimum of RM2,000 in a calendar year. Platinum Members will receive FREE RM100 gaming credits, reward points and a 10% discount of hourly PC rates.
How do I achieve the status of Diamond member?
To become a Diamond Member, you will need to top up a minimum of RM5,000 in a calendar year. Diamond Members will receive FREE RM300 gaming credits, reward points and a 15% discount of hourly PC rates.
When will I receive my Battle Arena Membership Card?
Upon registration, you will receive your Battle Arena Membership Card.
I lost my Battle Arena membership card. How do I replace it?
Simply contact Battle Arena’s Customer Relationship Officer at the reception counter to request for a replacement card. You will be required to pay an administration fee of RM10 for the replacement.
What happens to my Gaming Credits inside my lost Battle Arena Membership Card?
Upon replacement of the card, all remaining Gaming Credits would be transferred into the new card and can be used instantly.
How and where do I top up Gaming Credits?
You may top up Gaming Credits at our reception counter at Battle Arena.
What are free Gaming Credits?
Free Gaming Credits are bonus / additional Battle Arena Gaming Credits that are awarded to members upon top up or Membership Status Upgrade.
Can I transfer my Battle Arena Membership Card to someone else?
No. The Membership Card is bound to you and cannot be gifted or transferred to somebody else.
How do I make a Reservation?
To make a reservation or booking for a PC or Room, you may call our Reception Counter at 03-7932 1199. You must be a Battle Arena Member to make a reservation or booking.
However, this does not apply to our Streamers’ Pod as they are not available for reservation and are on a first-come-first-serve basis only.
if you are making a reservation or booking for the Battle Arena Premium Pod / VIP Room for another party or individual, you may pay for the reservation on their behalf. The reservation or booking must be confirmed under your name and the party or individual you are reserving the room for must be a Battle Arena Member.
