Responsibilities:
- Serve and assist walk-in customers
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the arena
- Setup for events in the arena (if any)
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 18 years old and above, Malaysian preferred
- Knowledgeable in game titles and esports
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak Mandarin/Chinese is a plus)
- Willing to learn, self-driven, and responsible
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
